- NO REFUNDS: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all voluntary support contributions are final and non-refundable, including in cases of service outages, dissatisfaction, or account termination.
- NO LIABILITY: We disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for service interruptions, AI output quality, third-party failures, or any damages arising from use of the service.

- TERMINATION AT WILL: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or refund, for any reason.

## Terms of Service
### 1. Service Description
AllureAI is a Discord bot and companion web portal that provides AI-powered features for Discord communities. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any guarantees of availability, performance, or functionality.
#### 1.1 Features
AllureAI's features include, but are not limited to:
- Voice Calls: On-demand private voice calls with AI characters using text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT). This is AllureAI's primary feature. Calls include real-time conversation, memory, emotional tone detection, and optional cinematic effects (ambient SFX and auto-generated images).
- Voice Bots: Persistent AI voice bots that live in a server's voice channels 24/7 and talk to anyone who joins. Every server receives free conversation time; extended usage and additional bots are available to supporters. Voice Bots feature customizable personalities, voices, and behaviors configured through the web portal.
- Companion System: Set a primary AI companion with relationship progression, memory, and a personal bond that deepens over time. Companions remember your conversations, adapt to your relationship stage, and can participate in voice calls with relationship-aware behavior.
- Image and Video Generation: AI-generated images and short videos from text prompts.
- Character Creator: Tools for users to create, share, and browse AI character personas.
- Web Portal: A companion website for account management, browsing content, configuring settings, managing Voice Bots, and customizing your companion.
The following features may be available depending on server configuration and are not guaranteed:
- AI Chat: Private threaded conversations with AI characters, including custom and community-created personas.
- Tabletop RPG (D&D): AI-powered dungeon master sessions, character sheets, campaigns, and multiplayer sessions.
- Novels: Interactive, chapter-based AI story experiences created by the community.
#### 1.2 Free Access Model
AllureAI's core features are free to use. Every user receives credits upon registration and through weekly grants. Users may earn additional credits by submitting proof of bugs and or content removed via reporting. No core feature is locked behind a paywall.
Users who wish to support the project may do so voluntarily through Ko-fi. Supporters receive bonus credits and extended usage capacity as a thank-you for their contribution. Support tiers provide higher credit grants, longer session limits, and priority access to new features.
Voice Bots include free conversation time for every server, including a 15-minute free trial for new servers. Supporters who contribute through Ko-fi voice bot support tiers receive extended active hours and the ability to configure additional bots.
#### 1.3 Feature Availability
Some features depend on specific Discord permissions and server configurations. Features that require the Message Content privileged intent (such as AI Chat, D&D campaigns, and novels) may not be available in all servers. Voice-based features (Voice Calls and Voice Bots) are always available regardless of server configuration. We reserve the right to enable, disable, or modify feature availability at any time.
#### 1.4 Content Marketplace; Potentially Mature Content; Best-Effort Age Gating
- AllureAI was not built for adult content. It is a content marketplace and creativity tool where users can create, share, and browse AI-generated experiences and media.
- User-generated content may be mature or sexually explicit. We do not endorse or encourage adult content, but we cannot fully control what users create or what AI outputs may contain.
- You accept that you may encounter potentially mature content when using the service, especially when you enable mature browsing features.
- Best-effort age confirmation: We make a best-effort attempt to confirm that you are 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) before showing potentially mature content in the web portal. This may include an age confirmation prompt and preference/cookie-based gating.
- No guarantee: Age gating and content filtering are not perfect, and we do not guarantee that mature content will never be shown.
### 2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws in your country) to use the general features of this service.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or enable mature or age-restricted content.
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and any applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any linked accounts or payment methods.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
### 3. Acceptable Use
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that violates Discord's policies or Community Guidelines
- Attempting to exploit the service, bypass rate limits, abuse credits or billing, or engage in fraud
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the bot's source code or algorithms
- Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with AllureAI (except as explicitly permitted)
- Sharing account credentials or attempting to access another user's account
- Using the service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
- Violating intellectual property rights of AllureAI or third parties
- Scraping, mining, or bulk-collecting data from AllureAI or its users
- Circumventing Discord's privacy, safety, or security features through AllureAI
- Using AllureAI to send unsolicited messages, spam, or advertisements to Discord users
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without notice or refund.
### 4. Payments, Credits, and Support Contributions
#### 4.1 Free Credits and Usage
- All users receive free credits upon registration.
- Additional free credits are granted weekly to users.
- Users may earn credits by voting for AllureAI on supported platforms (e.g., Top.gg) and other ways.
- Credits are virtual currency used to access certain resource-intensive features (voice calls, Voice Bots, media generation, cinematic effects, and other features where applicable).
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the service, sold, or exchanged for money.
- Credits do not expire unless explicitly stated, but we reserve the right to modify expiration policies.
#### 4.2 Voluntary Support Contributions (Ko-fi)
- Users may voluntarily support AllureAI through Ko-fi (ko-fi.com). Support is entirely optional and does not unlock features that are otherwise unavailable.
- Supporters receive bonus credits and extended usage limits as a thank-you for their contribution.
- Support tier benefits include higher monthly credit grants, longer voice session limits, and priority access to new capabilities.
- Voice Bot supporters receive extended active hours and additional bot slots beyond the free allocation.
- Support contributions are processed by Ko-fi. We are not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, or failures.
- Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled through Ko-fi. Cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to modify credit grants, support tier benefits, or feature availability at any time with reasonable notice.
#### 4.3 No Refunds
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL VOLUNTARY SUPPORT CONTRIBUTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to:
- Service downtime, outages, or technical issues
- Dissatisfaction with AI outputs, quality, or functionality
- Accidental purchases or duplicate transactions
- Account suspension or termination (whether by you or us)
- Changes to service features, benefits, or availability
- Third-party payment processor errors or delays
- Webhook failures or delayed credit grants (see 4.4)
#### 4.4 Credit Delivery
- Credit grants are best-effort only. If a webhook fails or credits are not applied, you must contact support with your transaction ID within 30 days. We will investigate in good faith but make no guarantees of credit recovery.
#### 4.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you remain responsible for the original payment amount plus any fees we incur.
### 5. Discord Compliance
- AllureAI operates as a Discord Application and complies with the [Discord Developer Terms of Service](https://discord.com/developers/docs/policies-and-agreements/developer-terms-of-service), the [Discord Developer Policy](https://discord.com/developers/docs/policies-and-agreements/developer-policy), and Discord's [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) and [Community Guidelines](https://discord.com/guidelines).
- By using AllureAI, you also agree to comply with all applicable Discord policies.
- AllureAI respects user decisions to opt out of, block, or remove the bot. If AllureAI is removed from a server, all active features in that server will cease.
- AllureAI does not use message content obtained through Discord's APIs to train machine learning or AI models.
- AllureAI does not sell, license, or commercialize Discord API Data.
### 6. Disclaimers and Warranties
#### 6.1 No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
- Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the service will meet your requirements
#### 6.2 AI Output Disclaimers
- AI-generated content may be incorrect, inappropriate, offensive, or nonsensical. You acknowledge that AI outputs are generated by third-party models and are not reviewed or endorsed by us.
- Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. All AI content is for entertainment purposes only.
- We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be consistent, accurate, or suitable for your intended use.
- You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, or act upon AI-generated content.
#### 6.3 Third-Party Services
- The service relies on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policy changes.
- Service interruptions may occur due to third-party outages, API changes, or rate limiting, and we assume no liability for such interruptions.
### 7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLUREAI, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Loss of credits, subscriptions, or virtual currency
- Costs of substitute services
- Personal injury or property damage
- Emotional distress or mental anguish
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
### 8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllureAI, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the service
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party rights (including Discord's Terms or intellectual property rights)
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the service
### 9. Termination
#### 9.1 Termination by You
- You may stop using the service at any time by ceasing to interact with the bot and/or removing it from your server.
- Cancelling a Ko-fi subscription does not entitle you to refunds for unused portions.
#### 9.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without notice or refund, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service, Discord's policies, or the Discord Developer Policy
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Service discontinuation or business closure
#### 9.3 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.
- Credits, support benefits, and virtual currency are forfeited upon termination and are non-refundable.
- We may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Sections 6 (Disclaimers), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), and 10 (General Provisions) survive termination.
### 10. General Provisions
#### 10.1 Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via Discord or our official channels with reasonable notice.
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
- If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service immediately.
#### 10.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AllureAI is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Where permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
- If arbitration is permitted and elected, it will be conducted on an individual basis in a location reasonably convenient to the parties and under commercially reasonable procedures.
#### 10.3 Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
#### 10.4 Entire Agreement
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Content Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AllureAI regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
#### 10.5 Intellectual Property; No Copying; Anti-Scraping; Enforcement
- AllureAI is protected by intellectual property laws. Our bot, web portal, workflows, UI, documentation, and written materials (including these policies), as well as our branding (name, logo, and trade dress), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected.
- No copying or republishing. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, republish, translate, or create derivative works from our website text, documentation, policy pages, UI layouts, or other written materials except with our express written permission.
- No scraping or harvesting. You may not scrape, crawl, mine, or bulk-collect content or data from the AllureAI bot or web portal (including characters, listings, and policy pages), nor use automated means to access the service except as explicitly permitted.
- No competitive misuse. You may not use non-public information about AllureAI (including operational details, internal tooling, or non-public configurations) to build, market, or operate a competing product or service.
- We fingerprint our policies and content. We may embed document identifiers and non-visible fingerprints in our public documentation and pages to help identify unauthorized copying.
- Enforcement. If we believe you have violated this section, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including suspending or terminating access, revoking benefits, reporting conduct to Discord, and pursuing legal remedies such as DMCA takedowns and trademark complaints. Nothing in this section limits our other rights or remedies.

## Privacy Policy
### 1. Introduction
AllureAI ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data. This policy applies to your use of the AllureAI Discord bot, the AllureAI web portal, and all related services.
We comply with the Discord Developer Terms of Service, the Discord Developer Policy, and applicable privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection legislation.
### 2. Information We Collect
#### 2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with AllureAI (via Discord or the web portal), we automatically collect:
- Discord identifiers: User ID, username, display name, avatar hash, server (guild) ID, channel IDs, thread IDs
- Usage data: Commands used, features accessed, timestamps, session durations, credit transactions
- Voice session metadata: Session duration, active speaking time, number of messages processed, Voice Bot session logs, and auto-cinematic trigger events (we do not permanently store audio recordings — see Section 5)
- Technical data: Browser user-agent and IP address (when accessing the web portal), connection metadata provided by Discord
#### 2.2 Information You Provide
- Profile information: Name, pronouns, bio, timezone (if provided via `/profile_set`)
- Content you create: Characters, prompts, and other creative content. When text-based features are enabled: chat messages, campaigns, novels, D&D player sheets, and related content.
- Configuration data: Voice preferences, call settings, companion settings, Voice Bot configurations (personality, voice selection, channel assignments, scheduling)
- Companion data: Relationship preferences, memory vault entries (about_me, about_us, pinned moments), auto-cinematic preferences, and companion progression data
- Support and feedback: Messages submitted via `/feedback`, `/support`, `/suggest`, or reports
- Ko-fi email linkage: If you choose to link your Ko-fi email to your Discord account for credit delivery, we store the normalized email address associated with your Discord User ID
#### 2.3 Information Obtained via OAuth
When you log in to the AllureAI web portal, we use Discord OAuth2 with the following scopes:
- `identify`: Your Discord User ID, username, display name, and avatar
- `guilds` (when managing Voice Bots): A list of servers you belong to, including your permissions in each server. This is used solely to show you servers where you have administrator access so you can pair a Voice Bot subscription.
We do not request scopes to join servers on your behalf, or modify your Discord account.
#### 2.4 Information from Third Parties
- Discord: User profile data, server membership, and permissions (via bot gateway and OAuth2)
- Ko-fi: Transaction data, email addresses, and subscription status for users who voluntarily support AllureAI through Ko-fi

### 4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
#### 4.2 What We Do NOT Do with Your Data
- We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
- We do not use message content obtained through Discord's APIs to train machine learning or AI models, in compliance with the Discord Developer Policy.
- We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or monetization-related services.
- We do not commercialize or license Discord API Data.
- We do not use your data to profile, discriminate, or make eligibility determinations for employment, housing, insurance, or similar purposes.
#### 4.3 Limited Sharing
We may share information only in these circumstances:
- With third-party service providers listed above, solely to provide the service
- When required by applicable law, regulation, or court order
- When a user expressly directs us to share their data with a third party
- In aggregated, anonymized form for business analytics (not linked to any individual)
### 5. Voice Data Handling
Given the sensitive nature of voice data, we want to be especially transparent:
#### 5.1 How Voice Works
- Speech-to-Text (STT): When you speak during a voice call or Voice Bot session, your audio is processed in real-time by our STT provider. The audio is streamed, transcribed, and the transcription is used as input to the AI.
- Text-to-Speech (TTS): The AI's text response is converted to audio and played back in Discord. Temporary audio files are created for playback and deleted immediately after use.
#### 5.2 What We Store
- We do NOT permanently record or store your voice audio. Audio is processed in real-time memory buffers only.
- We do NOT retain raw transcriptions as standalone data. Transcriptions are used as ephemeral input during the conversation session.
- We DO store: Voice session metadata (duration, speaker count, usage metrics), compact conversation summaries (not full transcripts), Voice Bot configuration settings, Voice Bot session histories (for continuity and memory), companion call memory (names, preferences, topics discussed), and auto-cinematic event metadata.
#### 5.3 Third-Party Voice Processing
- Audio data sent to STT/TTS providers is subject to their respective privacy policies and data retention practices.
- Providers may temporarily process audio on their servers. We do not control their retention practices but select providers with strong privacy commitments.
### 6. Data Storage and Security
#### 6.2 Security Measures
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest where supported by our infrastructure providers
- Access to production databases and API keys is restricted to authorized operators
- OAuth tokens are stored server-side and scoped to the minimum necessary permissions
- Developer credentials (API keys, tokens) are stored securely and never exposed in client-side code
#### 6.3 Data Breaches
- In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law within a reasonable timeframe.
- We will promptly remediate any breach and cooperate with Discord as required by the Developer Terms.
- We assume no liability for breaches caused by third-party providers or factors beyond our reasonable control.
### 7. Data Retention
#### 7.1 Retention Periods
- Chat and conversation data: Retained while your account is active, when text-based features are enabled. Conversation summaries, companion memory, and call memory may be retained for up to 90 days after your last interaction. We may retain limited records longer where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Voice session metadata: Retained for up to 90 days for usage tracking and billing reconciliation. Voice Bot session data (conversation history, memory) may be retained while the bot configuration is active.
- Voice audio: Not retained. Processed in real-time only; temporary files (including auto-cinematic SFX) are deleted immediately after playback.
- Auto-cinematic media: Generated images sent during calls are retained in the Discord channel where they were posted. Generated SFX audio files are deleted immediately after playback.
- Ko-fi and transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years or as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account termination.
- Voice Bot configurations: Retained while the associated subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
#### 7.2 Deletion
- Upon account termination or a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, necessary for fraud prevention, billing records, or other legitimate operational purposes.
- Data already shared with third-party processors is subject to their own retention and deletion policies.
### 8. Your Rights and Controls
#### 8.1 Access and Correction

- Update your profile data via `/profile_set`
- Request a copy of your data by contacting support via `/support`
#### 8.2 Deletion Requests
- Request deletion of your data via `/support`. We will process requests within 30 days, subject to legal and operational requirements.
- Note: Deletion may result in loss of credits, support benefits, and conversation history. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
#### 8.3 Opt-Out Controls
- Re-engagement messages: Opt out via `/opt_out_pings` (opt back in via `/opt_in_pings`)
- Upsell hints: Opt out via `/opt_out_upsells`
- Mature content: Disable via the web portal's mature content toggle
- Note: Opting out of communications does not affect core service functionality or data collection necessary for service operation.
#### 8.4 GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate personal data
- Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing of your personal data
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

#### 8.5 CCPA Rights (California Users)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose

- Some data may be retained if required by law, for fraud prevention, or to fulfill contractual obligations (e.g., transaction records).
- Deletion requests do not affect data already shared with third-party processors, which is subject to their own retention policies.

- The AllureAI web portal uses session cookies for authentication and preference cookies (e.g., mature content toggle, language selection).
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across other websites.
### 10. Children's Privacy
- The general features of AllureAI are available to users aged 13 and older, consistent with Discord's Terms of Service.
- Age-restricted and mature content features require users to be 18 years of age or older.

## Content Policy
### 0. Marketplace Context and Mature Content
AllureAI is a content marketplace and creativity platform, and was not built for adult content. However, because the service includes user-generated and AI-generated content, you may encounter potentially mature content. We make a best-effort attempt to reduce accidental exposure to mature content (for example, by using age-confirmation and preference gating in the web portal and by respecting Discord's NSFW channel flags when enabled), but filtering and gating are not perfect and we do not guarantee that mature content will never appear.
### 1. User-Generated Content
#### 1.1 Your Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or transmit through the service, including voice interactions, prompts, characters, companion configurations, Voice Bot configurations, and any text-based content (messages, campaigns, novels) when those features are available.
- You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights) and complies with all applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, and Discord's Community Guidelines.
#### 1.2 Prohibited Content
You may not use the service to create, generate, or facilitate content that:
- Violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
- Constitutes hate speech, discrimination, or incites violence
- Depicts or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to: child exploitation, non-consensual content, or content that violates age-restriction laws
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
- Contains malware, viruses, or attempts to exploit security vulnerabilities
- Impersonates another person, entity, or misrepresents your affiliation
- Spams, scams, or attempts to phish other users
- Distributes adult content to users under the age of 18 or outside of appropriately marked age-restricted contexts
#### 1.3 Content We Remove or Restrict (Best-Effort)
To comply with Discord policies, applicable law, and platform safety requirements, we may remove, restrict, refuse, or limit access to content (and/or accounts) that we determine, in our sole discretion, falls into any of these categories:
- Illegal sexual content: any sexual content involving minors or any attempt to sexualize minors; any content that violates age-restriction laws (we will report suspected child sexual exploitation content to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC where applicable).
- Non-consensual sexual content: sexual violence, coercion, or content depicting or encouraging non-consensual sexual acts.
- Exploitative or extreme content: bestiality, incest, extreme sexual violence, or other categories that Discord or our AI providers prohibit.
- Hate, harassment, threats, and violent extremism: content that targets protected groups, incites violence, or promotes extremist organizations.
- Privacy-invasive content: doxxing, stalking, non-consensual intimate imagery, or requests for private personal data.
- Policy-violating marketplace listings: content that violates our ratings/visibility rules (for example, we may de-list "mature" creator content from public browsing unless mature browsing is enabled and age-confirmed where applicable).
- Context-restricted adult content: content we may allow only in appropriately marked contexts (for example, Discord channels flagged NSFW when channel-gating is enabled), and refuse elsewhere.
### 2. Content Standards
#### 2.1 Age Restrictions
- You must comply with Discord's age requirements and all applicable laws.
- Users under 18 must not access, enable, or interact with age-restricted or mature content.
- Our Application is labeled as age-restricted in accordance with Discord's requirements where mature content may be present.
#### 2.2 Server-Specific Rules
- Server operators may restrict or prohibit certain kinds of content in their channels.
- You must comply with server-specific rules and moderation decisions.
- We are not responsible for server-specific content policies or enforcement actions taken by server moderators.
#### 2.3 Legal Compliance
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or request complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates applicable laws or our policies.
### 3. AI-Generated Content
#### 3.1 No Guarantees
- AI-generated content is created by third-party models and is not reviewed, edited, or endorsed by us.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
- AI outputs may be incorrect, offensive, nonsensical, or inconsistent.
#### 3.2 Content Ownership
- AllureAI owns the creations you make using the service, including (without limitation) characters, Voice Bot configurations, companion configurations, prompts, and other creator content (including campaigns, novels, and text-based content when those features are available), whether created by you, generated by AI at your request, or created through a combination of both.
- By submitting or publishing creator content, you assign to AllureAI all right, title, and interest in and to that creator content, including all intellectual property rights, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where an assignment is not permitted or effective, you grant AllureAI a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from such content for any purpose related to operating, improving, promoting, and providing the service.
- You may use your published and unpublished creations for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not represent them as official statements of AllureAI and you comply with these policies and Discord's policies.
- Creator rewards/benefits (if any) are optional and may be added, changed, or removed at any time at AllureAI's sole discretion. AllureAI has no obligation to provide compensation, payouts, revenue share, or rewards for any creator content.
#### 3.3 Content Moderation
- We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these policies or applicable laws.
- We may use automated systems or manual review to detect and address policy violations.
- We assume no liability for content that we fail to detect or remove.
### 4. Intellectual Property
#### 4.1 Your Content
- By submitting content to the service, you acknowledge and agree that creator content ownership is governed by Section 3.2 above. In addition, to the extent any rights are not assigned, you grant AllureAI the license described in Section 3.2.
- We may retain and continue to use content as necessary to operate and improve the service, to comply with legal obligations, and to enforce these policies, even after you delete content or your account (subject to the Privacy Policy).
#### 4.2 Our Content
- The AllureAI bot, its code, branding, documentation, and proprietary algorithms are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without explicit written permission.
#### 4.3 Third-Party Content
- Characters, images, and other content may be created by third parties (users or external sources).
- We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests in accordance with applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you use (including character cards, images, or prompts) does not infringe on third-party rights.
### 5. Reporting and Enforcement
#### 5.1 Reporting Violations
- Users can report policy violations, abuse, or illegal content via `/feedback`, `/support`, or the report function on the web portal.
- Reports should include: description of the violation, relevant message/channel IDs, screenshots (if applicable), and any other relevant information.
- We review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with these policies and applicable law.
#### 5.2 Enforcement Actions
- We reserve the right to take any enforcement action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Warning users
- Removing content
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Restricting access to specific features
- Reporting violations to Discord or law enforcement
- Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final. We assume no liability for enforcement actions or failures to enforce.

- Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support via `/support`.
- Appeals will be reviewed in good faith, but we make no guarantees regarding the outcome or timeline.

- We are not responsible for user-generated content or AI-generated content. The service is a platform that facilitates interactions; we do not endorse, review, or control the content created by users or AI models.
