How do I start a call?
Just type /call in any Discord server with AllureAI. Pick a character or leave it blank. The bot creates a private voice channel and joins automatically.
Can I change voice mid-call?
Not mid-call. Set your voice here before starting — it persists across all calls until you change it.
Why does the AI sometimes pause?
Speech goes through STT, LLM, then TTS. Higher tiers get streaming TTS and priority queues for faster responses.
What's the difference between Fast and Studio?
Fast: 1-2 sentence quick replies. Studio: 4-8 sentence immersive responses. Studio requires Gold.
Can friends join the call?
Yes! Set Party Mode to 'Everyone' in settings above. Anyone in the voice channel can talk to the character.
Do higher tiers get better response times?
Yes! Platinum and Gold users get priority in the TTS queue, meaning faster responses even during peak usage.
